In April we will welcome Ross to the Woolfox team. Ross is an experienced and passionate fitness professional with 10 years experience in strength and conditioning. His experience ranges from working with professional athletes to individuals suffering from illness or injury along with those who solely strive to get fitter and healthier. Ross is also a Chartered Physiotherapist alongside certified with Precision Nutrition to provide additional guidance on this essential element of health and wellbeing.

Ross will be running studio classes in addition to offering Personal Training services at Woolfox. You can expect to be safely guided through a class that will push you both physically and mentally leaving you feeling energised with the aim of developing your athleticism no matter what your age or limitations. When the weather allows we will take classes outside and make the most of the unique and beautiful surroundings that Woolfox has to offer.

 

THE IMPORTANCE OF STRENGTH & POWER AS WE AGE

Join Ross on Saturday 5th April for a friendly introduction and learn the importance of strength and power as we age.

Ross will cover age related changes in our muscles and how this impacts strength and power for both men and women and discuss the importance of maintaining health and wellbeing in all aspects of life.
